Excellent customer service

This shirt arrived with 2 other shirts in my order. It had a mark in the fabric across the front. I contacted customer service with a photo showing the colour fade spot. They arranged an exchange so quickly and a return free post label so fast. Thank you for such fast service. Much appreciated.
