STORE MANAGER - FREMANTLE, PERTH

Working with the Head of Retail, Academy Brand Support Office team and the in-store team to drive sales, maximise every commercial opportunity and ensure profitability of the store. Responsible for coaching, developing and motivating all members of the in-store team to achieve store and individual sales targets. Ensure that the Academy Brand expectations of customer service and company operational standards are implemented, maintained and exceeded.

Experience:


Retail management experience, preferably for 2 years or more. Experience in a similar position where the ability to set, meet and exceed sales targets have been demonstrated. Experience in writing rosters and in understanding sales and profit data.
