Delivery in Australia

Free delivery on all orders $99 and over within Australia. All orders under $99 will be charged a flat fee of $10.

Australia and New Zealand orders ship from our distribution centre in Marrickville, Australia using the Shippit smart delivery service. Orders will be despatched on the next working day. Once despatched, we estimate delivery times of:

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days.
Adelaide: 2-4 business days.
Perth, NT & Tasmania: 5-7 business days.
Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days.
Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Our products are shipped via Shippit’s trusted carrier network, and not Australia Post which means we are unable to delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

International Shipping

We now ship internationally through DHL. We ship to Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, UAE and New Zealand. If your destination is unavailable, please contact us at customercare@academybrand.com.

All orders will be charged a flat fee of $20.00AUD.

New Zealand: 3-5 working days. *Note: Up to 7 working days in rural areas
UK: 4-5 working days. *Note: Up to 7 working days in rural areas
Europe: 7-12 working days
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address as DHL cannot offer an 'Authority to Leave' in many countries.

We care about customer service, thats why we have chosen Shippit to delivery your purchase. Shippit will notify you of progress made throughout your delivery so you know when to expect it. You can contact Shippit directly for any questions relating to the whereabouts of your purchase or if you need to update your shipping address or special instructions (eg. you won’t be home to receive your item) once its left our distribution centre.
